Order Processing Time
Because our name puzzles and busy boards are personalized and handcrafted, they require a dedicated production window:
- Handling & Production Time: 2β3 business days (Monday through Friday).
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00), (Monday through Friday).
- Orders placed after the cut-off time or during weekends will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping &Β Delivery Times
- Transit Time: 3-5 business days (Monday β Friday)
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5-8Β business days, depending on the delivery location.
- All orders are shipped from our fulfillment facility and delivered within the estimated timeframe.
Note: Delivery times may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, peak seasons, holidays, or unexpected courier delays.

We provide FREE shipping on all orders within the United States.
There are no hidden fees or additional shipping costs.
Shipping Locations
Currently, Evayourart ships within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please follow these steps:
For damaged packages: Take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item.
For lost packages:

- Please wait 24β48 hours, as carriers may mark packages as delivered before arrival.
