We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unmounted, and in its original packaging with all included power adapters or remote controls (if applicable).
- Return Window: You have a full 30 calendar days from the day of delivery to initiate a return request.
